The provider carries out activities based on the use of means of payment, similar technical means within a limited network as a limited payment service provider in accordance with the Act. 492/2008 Z.z. on payment services and on amendments to certain laws, the performance of which is subject to the fulfillment of specific obligations of the National Bank of Slovakia.
